We are clear about what a product can tell you and what it cannot. There is no hidden logic presented as advice, and no explanation written to sound more certain than the evidence allows. When the answer is obvious, we say so.
Built for the person.
We design for the individual using the product, and we test every commercial decision against whether it preserves that person's trust. Where a product would break this trust, we choose not to build it.
